Teaching people to know and follow Jesus begins with our kids. At NEBC there are several opportunities for children of all ages to grow in the knowledge of God and His Word, participate in worship, and experience His love.

Awana

For children in preschool through 6th grade

Awana is a weekly kid’s club that meets during the school year. The goal of Awana clubs is to lead children to know, love and serve Christ.

Children’s Church

For children age 4 through 3rd grade

While parents and adults are engaged in worship in the church sanctuary, kids have their own service that includes singing, Bible teaching and crafts. Following Sunday School, kids in grades 1-3 attend the main worship service in the sanctuary and are dismissed for Children’s Church from there. Children ages 4 and 5 attend their Children’s Church service immediately following Sunday School.

Nursery Care

For Infants, Toddlers & Preschoolers

Childcare in a safe and nurturing environment for infants and children up to 3 years of age is provided during Sunday School and the Sunday morning worship service.

Sunday School Classes

For children age 4 through 6th grade

Through Bible lessons, storytelling, activities and crafts, the message of the Gospel is communicated to kids in three different age groups / grade levels:
