Sugarplum Sampler

Dear Ladies,

Thank you so much for your interest in the Sugarplum Sampler. For over 17 years it has been our joy and blessing to share this special event with you.

Many of you have attended faithfully for years while some of you experienced your first Sampler in 2008. We are so glad that you chose to spend a night with us celebrating not only the festiveness of the Christmas season, but most importantly, the birth of Christ.

This year, because the Lord has a different path for the women of NEBC to travel, we will not have a Sampler in 2009.

We will miss all of you very much, but we are excited to see what the He has in store for us as we follow His leading.

We apologize for any disappointment this may cause, but God is good and has magnificent plans for all of us! We wish you a most blessed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year!

In His Love,

Ellen McCann & the Sampler Team

What is the Sugarplum Sampler?

The Sugarplum Sampler is an annual Christmas outreach for women in the community hosted by the women of NEBC. The Sampler began 17 years ago has grown over the years from 50 to 800-900 attendees!

What makes our Sampler different from the many other church-type fairs that appear each fall? We give…nothing is sold at the Sampler. We give the ladies who attend a sampling of craft demonstrations, Christmas music, gourmet refreshments, and our Signature Cookies to take home. But not only do all who attend come away with wonderful, new holiday craft ideas, they also leave with their hearts stirred and challenged by the true meaning of Christmas—hope, healing, life and joy are available to everyone because 2000 years ago, God sent his son Jesus to be the savior of the world!
